determine the most economical time to “group relamp,” or completely
change worn lamps both indoors and outdoors. Group relamping, when combined
with a thorough washing of light fixtures, restores a lighting system
to its original design capacity. Additionally we also look for opportunities
to apply current technology to further improve the efficiency of an existing
